Severe Pulling Pain In The Skin That Shows Rectangular Purple Spot On Left Ribcage. Causes

Hello Sir,
Today I found a rectangular purple spot on my left ribcage, it seems to be that the area on my ribs is not on my right rib at all. I also had a dream last night. I experienced severe pulling pain in the skin on that area where the fat divides when you sit down. In my dream, I lifted my shirt to find a large bulb of skin, somewhat of an enormous pimple where I found the black spot this morning. Maybe I slept on it wrong? Please respond as I am very afraid considering I am only 15 years old.

You might be suffering from what is called Herpes Zoster.
Treatment is Tablet acyclovir, tryptomer and pregablin in the doses adviced by your local doctor.
