Severely Bruised Face, Loss Of Balance And Hemorrhage In The Eye After Being Beaten Up. Need To Be Concerned?

I was beaten up by 3 guys badly last saturday ( 5 days ago) and all they did was kick my face and head repeatedly, i was severely bruised ( which is going down) had alot of tests and xrays do e at hospital but it all came back clear luckily! However since i have been feeling a sudden loss of balance, a jolt like urge to fall to my right, i have also developed a hemorrage in my left eye, i work in an opticians so this has all been seen to, do you reckon this sudden loss of balance will pass or is it a bit more serious? Thank you for your time!!

Thank you for posting your query.
As of now, there is no need to worry. You may get better over a few days time. However, if you do not get better, please get a CT scan of the head to rule out any internal brain injury.
