Hello, thanks for using Health Care Magic.
Vaginal discharges are a common complain in females and more often than not are usually normal. However, vaginal discharges become abnormal when they are abundant, fowl smelling and accompanied by itching, pains during urination or during sexual intercourse and when occurring after menses. From what you described," whitish brownish discharge occurring after menses and with a history of sexual intercourse" it is necessary to rule out an infection. Menses is partly made up of blood which is a rich medium for bacterial growth, as such abnormal vaginal discharges occurring after menses are more likely to be of infectious origin. To rule out the possibility of an infection, it will require you meet your gynecologist for appropriate examination and tests and eventual treatment.
