iam going to marry in november 2013,but i had a sex earlier so many times.....but from 3 months onwards iam not having sex....i stopped doing that...in my first night my husband will identify it or not....what precautions i have to take....please give me sollution....thanq

Vagina gets loose and petulous more after a vaginal delivery.
Having done sex earlier wont make it so loose that your husband starts having doubt about it.
Just forget it and relax.
Your husband can't make out unless and until you tell him yourself.
So better be wise and forget the past,as if nothing has happened in past.
There is nothing which you can do specially.

hi there! first of all there is no guaranteed test to identify ones virginity.
the so called test of virginity like bleeding and pain due to hymen rupture at first night is not at all valid and hymen could break due to any reasons, for example- vigorous exercise,cycling, aerobics. you can give these reasons if he asks.
for toning of those muscles please do kaegels muscle exercises- like contraction and relaxation of muscles what you use during urination . do it in set 0f 20 , two times a day.
please approach marriage without gulit of the past, bygone is begone.
