Shallow Healed Laceration At 3 O Clock Position Shown By Examination Done Day And Half Later Of Supposedly Being Gangraped By 5 Men Within 5 Minute Interval Each. Possible?

Hi, I'm a judge in the philippines in the process of deciding a rape case. The victim testified that she was raped by 5 men within 5-minute interval each. A day & a half later, she underwent genital medico-legal examination with result: "shallow-healed laceration @ 3o'clock position. The medico-legal doctor said the story of the victim is not consistent with the finding. The victim seemed to be really affected when she testified. Is there possibility that the hymenal lacerations of a gangraped victim heal this fast? Help.

Hi, she should be examined, with in the 12 hours of the rape, this is the only finding she can have after the 18 hours period, and hymen may not show any findings at this moment, unless she is a vergin and in the age of teens.
Circumstantial evidenses may be considered in this case. Or you may take a specialist examination. Thank you.
