Sharp Pain Below Ribs, Swelling In Hip, Pain In Groin After Crashing Bike. Solution?

i crashed my pedal bike I have a sharp pain below my ribs on the left side. It hurts when I move or take a deep breath. What could this be? I also hit my hip hard just below my left hip bone and its swollen and I get a pain in my groin when I move, I also have sprained my left wrist as it hurts when I move it.. this happened around 6 hours ago and my rib pain is getting worse, and my side of my ass hurts when I move, what should I do..

Hi,
It appears you took quite an impact. It is possible that you may have sustained badly bruised or fractured ribs causing the chest pain. Also, you may have sprained or fractured your wrist and hip.
I would recommend you get these injuries checked in the ED. Also, paracetamol and ibuprofen will help the pain in the meantime.
