Sharp Pain In Belly Button Area After Large Meal, Gnawing And Burning Sensation With Ear And Throat Tenderness. Reason ?

i had a sharp pain for about 20 seconds one day in belly button AREA after eating very large meal and eating quickly .
then next day or two days later i saw pink blood in my spit IN morning.Then a knawing and burning sensation in stomach with ear and throat tenderness. but burning sensation and throaT irritation continued for ABOUT 3 months steady including being able to spit blood usually on second or third try in morning or afternoon. basically h pylori was found and 1st round of triple therapy was given for 7 days. I was fine for 5 to 6 weaks and
note i noticed no blood in saliva as it stopped. and i was feeling great
about 5 or 6 weaks later 1st stomach pain was noticed then blood in saliva i
was upset
basically started another round of antibiotics now for two weaks just finished today.note same thing happened throat and ears slowly getting better and also blood in spit has stopped and
of course stomach is getting better but now and then it
burns basically my storey lungs were exrayed also had ultrasound and cat scan the thing that was found was swollen splean which specialist said its of no concern as far as he thinks
