Sharp Pain In Hip And Pelvic Joint, Throbbing Pain. Worry?

Hi. Just looking everywhere online - im 9w5d pregnant - first pregnancy and I've just experienced some sharp "jabbing" pain on my lower right hand side - just in from my pelvic/hip bone. I leaned over to pick something up when the pain happened, and is somewhat recurrent and throbbing over the past 15/20 mins. As it is my first pregnancy im paranoid at almost everything. Should I be worried in this case?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the hip joint that you are having is commonly seen during pregnancy due to a vitamin D 3 deficiency or loosening of the ligaments due to the effect of maternal hormones.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
