I am having sharp pains in my lower abdominal, which is not normal for me. I also get a lot of dizzy spells where i feel very light headed and like im about to pass out, I never do but i feel like im on the verge of passing out. I also have sharp pains in my chest when i breathe. It feels like stabbing or pinching my lungs. I have also been very drowsy I have been sleeping a lot but Im still exhausted.
