Sharp Pain In Right Foot, Swollen, Unable To Walk. Reason?
a few weeks ago noticed a sharp pain on my right foot .i thought it may have been from me wearing my steel toe boots but now after 3 weeks it started hurting more while wearing different shoes.today i started touching it and not even applying force and after 4hrs of sleep i woke up and now its swollen and hard to walk on and even to move my pinky toe.but when i grab my toe next to the pinky and pull it up it hurts ALOT around the swollen area.i dont remember ever dropping anything on it what could it be?
You seemed to have sprained your foot. Give it rest and apply some painkiller ointment as diclofenac over it and start taking anti inflammatory tablets as well. A temporary plaster will help you in quicker recovery. Do not massage the area. Visit an orthopaedician if possible.
Wishing you a speedy recovery
