Sharp Pain In The Middle Of The Chest, Hurts To Breathe, Hurts During Movement Of Arms. Took Medicines, No Help. Suggestions?

hi i have a very sharp pain in middle ov chest like as if i have a dart stuck in it .it hurts when i breath in and out, when i move my arms, i can not run, i feel every bump in road when i drive car,ihave had 3weeks of anti inflamitarys xrays and morphine for pain medication now finished, sat at home in considerable pain dont know what to do

2 possibilities are - first, inflammation in your eating pipe & second, some nerve compression in your neck, pain of which is transferred to your chest. Ask you doctor to find out any of these causes.
