Sharp Pains In The Wrist After Blood Donation, Pain On Moving In Certain Position, On Exerting Pressure. Remedy?

I have a sharp pain in my wrist after donating blood a few days ago. During the donation process, I felt a sharp pain in my wrist when the needle was inserted, and even 2 days afterwards, I still feel a sharp pain in my wrist when i move my arm to certain positions or exert it too much. It almost feels similar to a pulled muscle sensation i would guess.
