Sharp Pinching Pain After Inguinal Hernia Surgery. Some Relief With Ibuprofen. Any Problem In Recovery?

I had inguinal hernia surgery 5 weeks ago. 24 hours ago I started experiencing a sharp pinching pain after I stand up from a bent over position. The first time it struck the pain lasted until I took 4 Ibuprofen at 600 mg each. Once they kicked in the pain went away. Today the pain subsides shortly after I have been standing for a few minutes. Has something gone wrong with my recovery?

YOU NEED TO CONSULT THE OPERATING DOCTOR TO INVESTIGATE FOR ANY INFECTION HAEMATOMA OR INCISIONAL HERNIA
OR OTHER COMPLICATION AS THE NORMAL HEALING TIME HAS PASSED
IF THE MESH IS LEFT IT CAN ALSO CAUSE PROBLEM DUE TO ITS INTERACTION WITH BODY PROTEINS
