Shortness Of Breath, X-ray Showed White Areas In Lungs, No Coughing Or Excessive Weight Loss. TB?

thank you, my sister has had shortness of breath , an xray showed lots of white areas in both lungs, no coughing and no excessive weight loss , they suspect TB although not showing usual signs associated with, specialists not sure what it is more tests going on , ruled out cancer . being treated as having TB ANY IDEAS !!! SHE IS A COMMUNITY NURSE !!!!

White areas in the lung are pathological however the pattern is more deciding like nodular or alveolar or reticular or homogeneous.
This way it is very difficult to say whether she has TB or not.
Also another thing that can be seen with lots of white areas and breathlessness can be a Bronchiolitis obliterans
As a community nurse she has high chances of contracting TB although
