Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding loss of hearing and your ear is examined by a sister and she noticed only white spots in the ear.

By your clinical history it is not clear weather your problem is chronic or acute. Secondarily sister had not told any other important thing other than white spots.

By this we may suspect for-

1- Tympanosclerosis.

2- Otomycosis.

Both these may be easily diagnosed by a thorough examination and relevent investigations. Both above conditions may be manage easily.

Regards.
