Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare magic. I have gone through your query and understood your concerns It is true that you might be having a rash at the sternum but the pain you feel does not seem to be caused by the rash. I have the impression that it is a peptic ulcer. From your medical history, your heart rate seems to be low. A low heart rate will lead to a low blood pressure and when blood pressure is low, blood supply to the stomach decreases and that can favor the development of an ulcer. I would suggest you try a proton pump inhibitor like omeprazole (Prilosec) and maybe in association with an antacid and see what will come out.
I hope that answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. We will be delighted to answer more questions from you. I wish you good health
