Should I Be Concerned For Having Fast Heart Beat, Swollen Legs With Family History Of Heart Disease?

I have a slightly fast heart rate ( 100 - 120 beats/ min at rest ) and my legs are always swollen, I also have a family history of heart disease and I myself are sometime short of breath. I am a 45 year old peri- menopausal woman. should I be concerned?

you should undergo an B.P. examination, E.C.G., Echocardiagraphy, Complete blood picture, Renal function test, cardiac stress test. yes, you do have a cause for concern.
