Should I Be Concerned For Having Low Gestational Sac?

hi im 30y/o i have 5yrs old daughter, i had 1 miscarriage last year june 2013 due to blighted ovum. and now im pregnant again. my lmp is on feb2. i had an utz yesterday and it showed my gestational sac is very low. GA of 5 weeks and 2 days. my doctor gave me duphaston 3x a day. is this going to be a good pregnancy or im going to miscarry again? i dont have any bleeding. just intermittent pressure and cramps on my lower abdomen. i scared that the same thing will happen again.

You dont need to worry because a gestational sac could be identified at 5 weeks' gestation.
After one week your doctor should identified embryo heartbeat.
You should wait and be calm.
