Should I Be Concerned For Having Seven Stitches On Head After Hitting To The Door?

Hey,
i just hit my head (the top) to the top of the door , while i randomly jumped in the house, got a cut and had to get seven stitches. Is there any problem or seriousness?
If any serious problems can occur , what are they and when do the symptoms start appearing ?

Hi,

I am quite empathetic to or having seven stitches on head after hitting to the door.

The most important thing you should do is to not touch, pinch, pop or squeeze the area by any means. Stay away from direct sunlight and external environment.

Apply fucidin cream or mupirocin cream over the affected area and take pain killer like paracetamol or diclofenac. Oral antibiotic may required such as ciprofloxacin 500mg two time for 5 days under medical supervision.

If not immunized for tetanus in last one year then get immunized for the same at the earliest.

There will be formation of scab and will fall off in next 14 days so do not try to scratch the are.
Take care
