General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that there is some degree of block of the radial or ulnar artery, on exertion, it is apparent and causing the coldness of the hand.
Cholesterol, atherosclerosis, and smoking may cause the blockage.
I advise you to consult a vascular surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
and protein rich foods to keep the vessels healthy.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
