Hi,
Multiple cysts in the ovary associated with infertility are usually observed in PCOD, the commonest hormonal disorder observed in the reproductive age group. Usually cysts up to 1-2 cm. can be treated medically and surgical intervention is needed in larger ones only. Fluid in the pelvis could be a sequel to rupture of the cysts but needs to be identified. Please get a complete evaluation by a specialist, get a complete hormonal profile before excluding other causes and proceeding for further management. Such cysts do not usually pose a problem in conception with timely treatment. Hope this helps.
