Should I Be Worried About An Abscess On Finger?
i went to dr on thursday afternoon. I have an abscess on finger. swelling was severe but i iced and heat on and off all day yesterday.. he put me on septra 800mg and doxycycline i dont think today is and different from yesterday>> can i wait to see dr tomorrow or should i go to er now?

If the pain is intolerable then my advice would be to go to the emergency room for incision and drainage of abscess and continue with the antibiotic.
