Should I Be Worried About Non Visibility Of GS At 5.2 Week Of Pregnancy?

I am about 5 weeks 2 days pregnant, I had a coworker scan me today to check for a gestational sac. The gestational sac was not clearly seen, but there was thickened endometrium. I saw a gestational sac with my son at 5 weeks, should I be concerned with this pregnancy?

dont worry..
just do repeat scan after 10 days to see sac as well as fetal cardiac activity...

just be calm and continue taking folic acid tablets...
