Should I Be Worried About The Indentation Behind The Ear?

My daughter just hit her head on the right side. She managed to hit the edge of the ear and right behind the ear. At first I did not notice anything but within a few seconds I noticed a indentation behind her ear and her started bruise. I put some ice packs around the ear and behind it. Should I be worried?

don't worry about that bruise, it will settle down.
u can use chymoral forte tablet thrice daily for 3 days
if she has pain use brufen tablet twice daily
