Should I Be Worried If I Have Headache, Throat Pain, And Sore Chest?
I was out in the cold weather today (temps were at zero, with windchill it was -14) I had a hard time breathing and couldn t catch my breath. I got very weak and shaky. I made it back to my garage and rested a few minutes then made it back to the house. I still have a headache and my throat still hurts. My chest is a little sore too. Just wondering if I should be worried or if this will get better with time
Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum. When some one exposed to cold weather, due to cold, and allergy to the cold weather,we may get the infection in the nasal passage, and pharynx. They become sore, and fever starts with the above symptoms. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, and paracetamol. Avoid taking fruits, juices, ice water, ice cream, and the things allergic to you. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
