Should I Consult Physiotherapist Or The Ortho For The Tendonitis?
Hi, i appear to have tendonitis, not sure if its coming from my knee but have had it for about 5 months. My doctor has checked me for rheumatoid arthritis which is all clear and i have had knee and pelvis xrays which are clear. He suggested I see a personal trainer (!) which is crazy because every time i try to exercise the pain gets worse. My hamstrings, buttocks and knees, bilaterally are all affected. Do you suggest I see a physiotherapist or an orthopaedic surgeon first? I personally think I need an MRI to see what is going on. Thank you.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern if this is the condition you have regarding the tendonitis then this problem goes in orthopedic field so you need to see the orthopedic surgeon but in my opinion it would be better to see the family physician or GP some time the minor problem can be cured with the GP and family physician, you need not to go to see either to physiotherapist or orthopedic surgeon have nice day.
