Should I Continue Taking Danogen For Cystic Ovaries And Endometriosis?

i am 30 years old and my ultrasound report says that i have endometroisis cyst in ovary. i had started my treatment 8 months back with danogen 200mg. now it feels like no pain nothing. i feel myself healthy BUT I have gain so much of weight and also no PERIODS since 7 months.

i want to ask whether everything will be be reversible or not after discontinuation of danogen 200mg.

Thanks for the query .
The side effects of danogen (danazol) are amenorrhea, weight gain, hirsutism acne etc.
But this drug was necessary for the treatment for endometriosis .
Once you will stop taking this drug all the side effects will go away.
I would recommend to get in ultrasound of both ovaries to rule out Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ( PCOD) as all these symptoms are also present in pcod.
In my opinion consult one more gynecologist and get his opinion.
