Should I Express Concern Over Red Patchy Rashes On Neck, Ears, Chest And Stomach?

Hi there,
My friend has come up with small red patches of a rash behind his ears on both sides, on the bottom of his neck on both sides, two patches on his chest and a patch on his stomach. The ones that were first there, behind his ears looked like red bumps, then they had white tops, and have now scabbed over, but the ones on his chest are just at the beginning stage. I'm worried about him, please help.

Hi
Looks like your friend is developing seborrheic eczema.
First of all, he should avoid application of oil over the skin lesions.
Apply topical steroid antifungal combination cream over the affected areas Twice a day .
Use an antifungal shampoo atleast twice a week.
To relieve the associated itching, oral antihistamines can be helpful.
