Should I Get Circumcision Done ?

i am 35 year aged and diagonised diadetic a year ago.i keep my blood sugar level under control by homeopathy medicine.the problem is my fore skin had become very tender and when pulled back it creates cuts and very painfull every time.is circumssion the remedy for my problem i need ur advice.
