Should I Worry For The Little Blood From Ear While Cleaning Using Buds And Muffled Hearing ?

i hope you can help me, i was cleaning my ear out with a cotton bud as i have sensative ears so anything in them really annoys them, anyway i slipped with the cotton bud as i got made jump and there has been a little bit of blood, my ear hurts a but and i can hear and others can hear air coming out of my ear, also muffeled hearing? any idea what this could be please?

hello. it is likely you have damaged the skin of the ear canal or the ear drum . please meet your ENT doctor for examination and further advice. thanks. meanwhile, please dont use ear buds!!.
