Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
As per your narration, diagnosis of Tuberculosis (TB) should be confirmed by doing a blood test called MTB PCR RNA. Unless it is positive you should not go ahead for TB treatment. Medicines involved in TB treatment have impact on liver function and Injection STREPTOMYCIN is known to have effects on hearing nerve of the baby.
Hence,I will suggest you to take TB treatment only if confirmed diagnosis is done. Then taking treatment is to be decided considering benefits more than risks involved.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
