Should Tetanus Injection Be Taken For Cuts On The Skin With Iron?
I ran into a metal chain last night around my waist, i had a tetanus shot 8 years ago when i was 12. i had some cuts along my waist, none of them were deep they just took off my skin and bled a little bet, do i need to go to the emergency room or doctors and get a Tetanus shot

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have cuts on the skin with iron metal chain which can cause infection as well but as you had tetanus injection in past 10 years , you need not to worry about it. No need to go to emergency room as you are already immunized with tetanus shots. I would suggest you to take a booster dose of the tetanus injection within 24 hrs of the injury after visiting physician clinic and after complete examination by physician.
