Should A Progesterene Supplement Be Taken If The LMP And My HCG Level Is At 650?

Hi, It is 34th day since LMP and my HCG level is at 650. Doctor did not precribe any progesterene supplement. (Like Duphaston) I had a miscarriage 4 months ago. The baby's heart stopped beating suddenly on 60th day. So, I want to be 100% sure this time if Doc is giving me adqueate medicines.
