General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
Looking at your history thus could be due to perianal abscess
In my opinion you should consult your doctor for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC ESR, blood sugar and blood culturefif need be.

You may require additional antibiotics like metronidazole
Maintain good hygiene
Avoid straining at stool, you can take stool softening agent like liquid paraffin
Multivitamin and calcium supplements
Thanks for your question please feel free to ask for more assistance I will be happy to help you
wish you good health
regards
I find this answer helpful
