Should Dark And Tar Like Bowel Movement In A Baby Be Of Concern?
My 2 1/2 year old son has had around 101 fever for 24 hours complaining of only stomach pain. He seems to be fine for several hours after I give him Tylenol but then the fever returns and he complains of his stomach hurting. He doesn't act like he is excrutiating pain. His last bowel movement was real dark and tar like. Should I be concerned?
