Should I Be Concerned About Knot In Throat, Enlarged Lymph Nodes, Inflammatory Arthritis?

Hi, I have had a knot in my throat left side for about 3 mos. it is starting to cause me to gag. I do have enlarged lymph nodes and auto imm. disorder and inflammatory artheritis should I be concerned about cancer oh yeah and I am a smoker have been for 30 years

Well the knot is not a good thing to have and is a cause of concern, specially considering the history of smoking!
I would strongly advice you to meet your ent doctor as soon as possible!
