I just noticed the inner walls of my vagina and the opening are very bumpy and white. Its not wet itchy or painful. Just white and bumpy. I am a lesbian and I was just wondering if there is something wrong with it.i am also not a virgin and 20 and ive never been to the gyno. Is there anything to be immediatly concerend about?

Hi. It may be some skin or vaginal infection or enlarged lymph nodes , secondary to some infection. You need to go to a gynnecologist and take proper treatment.
