Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Tightening Chest Pain In Center Of Chest, Lower Jaw And Shoulders?
I'm a 32 year old female, had hysterectomy 3/2013. Last night was awoken twice by tightening chest pain in center of chest and lower jaw and shoulders . Pain subsided but experienced it twice later today. Normally have bp of 109/80 but today it is at 149/91 which is way out of the ordinary. What should I do?

As you got this symptoms with having high blood pressure, go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment.
go for regular blood pressure checking.
