Should I Be Worried About Bleeding?

I am currently on the implant and have been for the past 8 months. I know that some people can bleed while on the implant however I haven t had any bleeding while I have been on it . All of last week i had a discharge which ranged from dark to light brown. After a week of this I started bleeding and have been for the past week, that s two weeks in total. Is this something I should be worried about?
