Should I Be Worried About My Thyroid Reading 1.1?

Having symptoms of a thyroid problem, but results were 1.1 on a scale .5 to 5. something. This sounds like a good result. My mother and my brother have and had problems. Mother had to have two goiters remove. Weighed less than 100 pounds and was 5 feet 6 inches tall. My brother has the opposite. Weight gain, cracked fingernails. is this a good reading? I see my medical dr on May 30... I WILL JUST WAIT.
