Should I Be Worried About The Frequent Cold,sinus Infection And Blood Clots From The Nose?
Hey i am having a cold and cough quite frequently from a period of 4-5 months, had been to doc of ENT & Physcian although they just told me i am allergic to cold and change in weather , but i am bit concern from past 2 days i saw a small blood stains in my mucus from left nostril while blowing and sever coughing in the early morning after waking up for 5-10 mins. ENT doc also told me i am having some sinus infection and after regualr checkup he told me it s better now and but need to continue with the anti allergic for few more weeks. while having cold i feel pain in my throat and tonsils. Earlier i use to smoke alot but now trying to get rid of it .. Plz suggest is something serious?
hi in allergic rhinitis what happens is the reactors which react to the outside allergen are present in our blood and hence ie is one of the reason the treatment for allergic rhinitis is a bit long.so the antiallergic medications which you are taking those medications you will have to take for a long duration and then only the allergic reactions would be supressed. while sinusitis can be caused secondarily to allergic rhinitis. in allergic rhinitis ther is formation of crust sometimes in nose when they are dislodged they causes bleeding,so keep your nasal cavity moist with saline drops. regards
