Should I Be Worried About The Horrible Smelling Burps Of A 3 Year Old Child?
Hi, my 3 y.o. daughter has had horrid smelling burps for the past few days. She brushes her teeth twice a day, eats well, drinks water and isn't complaining of anything other than a slight runny nose. Should I be worried about the cause of this horrid smell?

Smelly burps are seen in children with indigestion which happens in gastritis.
I suggest you to give an antacid suspension like gelucil or digene in prescribed dose with the advise of your pediatrician.
