Should I Be Worried About The Vomiting And Slow Heart Beat After Removing Ventilation?

my father has undergone cabg surgery (6) days back and the doctor said that it was successful. He has been placed in the ICU till date. The doctors said that the when the ventilators are taken out on the 3rd day the patient has got vomitings and the the kidneys are suffering because of the slow heart beat. The ventilators(IABP and C-CAP) were kept on and the dialysis is being done. please inform me whether he has some severe problem.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given for your father let me tell you that the main complication of CABG is renal failure and this need to be taken as emergency vomiting could be due to some cerebral edema, in short this is the medical emergency, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
