Should I Be Worried As I Am Having Vaginal Pain, Blood In My Urine And Back Pain?

I am a 55 year old female, I have vaginal pain (minor), blood in my urine and had a sharp pain in my back today which has since gone away. My left pinkie and ring fingers have felt like they are asleep for over a week now. Do I need to be worried? I travel for my job every day and do not have a doctor of record, nor easy access to medical care.

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
You should not be worried but some tests should be done since this indicates in first case urinary stones but also, urinary ifnection or gynecologic disorders may be considerd. So I suggest to do std test and urotract ultrasound. This will celar this out.

I hope I have answered your question.
Wish you good health. Regards
