Should I Be Worried As My Son Fell And Have Nose Bleeds?

My son is one years old he was climing on the chair and fell hit the back of he's head and started bleeding out he's nose he was fine after 2 days later in the middle of the nite he woke up with a bloody nose then he fell of the couch taking a nap and he's nose started bleeding should I be worried ??
