Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion no need to worry much about your ECG report. Non significant t wave abnormality means less than1mm t wave deviation. It is seen in 1. Normal persons 2. Obese patients 3. Females etc. But better to get done repeat ECG after 1 month. And if same changes are there than no need to worry. If progressive changes are there than you need to consult cardiologist . But at this moment no need to worry.
