Should I Be Worried Of Bulge On Stomach While Scheduled For Groin Surgery?

I have a bulge on my stomach when I set up or crunch my stomach.im having surgery for a groan hernia but im concern that it going to cause me problems but the surgeon tells me its not a hernia and it wouldn t do any good to repair it because it would just ripp again.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having weak abdominal recti muscle giving bulging while increasing intra abdominal pressure.
This might be pre stage of having umbilical hernia.
Go for abdominal muscle stretch exercise daily.
Take high protein food for strengthening the abdominal musculature.
Avoid constipation or cough reflex.
Ok and take care.
