Should I Be Worried Of Swollen Lymph Node In The Right Side Of Neck For Years?

I have had a swollen lymph node in the right side of my neck for about 3 years with no other symptoms. I had a cat scan done 1 and a half years ago and it was negative. I dont thimk it is getting any larger. Should I be concerned? What could this be?

Hello and welcome to health care magic,

Since you have done CT and it has not increased in size I would not worry about the same too much
But to be completely sure you can first get an FNAC done and if that comes as normal then you can be cent percent sure
If the reports of the FNAC are suspect then a node biopsy can also be done for the final assurance and diagnosis which is a minor procedure in good hands. You can get back to me or any ENT on this
