Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
As you have
dilated cardiomyopathy, you may have Abnormal ventricular septal wall motion.
This is to be concerned about if you have any symptoms like chest pain, breathlessness etc. Because this may indicate that you have infarction and may develop
heart attack.
Usually Region wall motion abnormalities are seen in ischemia and infarction in heart muscle.
But this can also occur in dilated cardiomyopathy because of left
bundle branch block ie. Nonischemic septal wall abnormality.
MY advice is to continue the drug prescribed by your treating cardiologist.
Have regular visit and check up with your doctor.
Practice aerobic or cardiac exercises as per the advice of your cardiologist and Physiotherapist.
Avoid deep fried and fat rich foods.
Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Try
relaxation techniques like yoga and
meditation.
Hope this helps.
Please write back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
