Dear Sir I am having Diabetes and am taking Glimisave M1 Forte and Telma H for Blood Pressure Whenever i am taking glimisave tablets daily i am having dizziness but on alternate days i am comfortable my post prandal counting is 150 and fasting is 140 Should I change medicine I am 48 years Old male
